Over the weekend our AC stopped working so we made an emergency call to E.M Logan because it was a 95 degrees. The technician, Daniel, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent time explaining to us what the issues could be and how he was going to fix it, which we really appreciated. This is the second time we have used E.M Logan, and we are very satisfied with the service. We will continue to use this company for our HVAC maintenance.

We had a last minute issue with our Air condition unit . We we're selling a home and the closing with the buyers was the next day. Our technician Daniel figured out the problem , which was more complicated then we thought His patience and professionalism were outstanding Definitely recommend

Logan has taken care of our condo office for many, many years.I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Our most cherished attribute is their responsiveness to our calls, which have added to quite a few over the years. Without fail, they respond & do their best to help us with a problem. They are professional & have always done excellent work. I cannot compare their price but they have been worth every penny to us.

EM Logan was new to us as a business but highly recommended by a long time friend. They showed up when they said they would, understood our issues, and made great recommendations. We are very happy with our new system, particularly our low profile heat pump. Money well spent.
